Highland Hospital Substance Abuse Program

The Substance Abuse Program at Highland Hospital focuses on the early stages of recovery and works with both men and women that are 18 and over who may have on-going cases with the criminal justice system. They have a specific program for women that are in the perinatal phase in their pregnancy and many of whom are referred to the program by CPS.

  • Specific Populations Served:Those who are over 18 that are in early recover. Perinatal women (just before deliver and 60 days after delivery.

  • Eligibility Requirements:Those who are over 18 that are in early recover who primarily have Medi-cal.
  • Payment/Insurance Accepted:Medi-cal insurance
  • ADA Access:Highland Hospital complies with all ADA guidelines.
  • Transportation:AC Transit has a stop in the front of the hospital.

The staff are respectful, kind and resourceful. They are helping save lives and improving the quality of lives for the most vunderable population Children. A safe environment to heal, recover , and end the suffering caused by addiction.

Christian at Highland Hospital is doing amazing things. I’ve never had the help I needed from anyone, until him. They offer many programs other states don’t offer & im so thankful I was able to discover this place. I can’t say enough good things about what they’re doing here!
