String Along Lacing is a fine motor activity addressing the skills of design copying, counting, and spatial relations designed for children to use their fingers and wrists and promote visual coordination. There are 18 colorful laces included with a childproof punch pen.The child uses a similar grasp and movement patterns to a pencil. The child punches the pen into the re-useable foam board and the pull pen to another hole. The foam board gives some resistance to the punch pen helping to develop strength in the "tripod" fingers.
