Savaria Vertical Platform Lift (Model V-1504)

The Savaria Vertical Platform Lift is an interior or exterior platform lift designed to provide multi-level building access for people with limited mobility. The frame structure is solid steel and offers the same drive unit with four different platform configurations. Its versatile design allows it to be installed inside or outside in both residential or public buildings. This model also features a battery operated emergency system with charger for up and down, and removable panels for easy maintenance. PLATFORM UNIT: The four platform configurations include telescopic enclosure, self standing platform, interior vertical platform and plexiglass enclosure. The platform is 32 inches by 54 inches with a barrier railing and is beige. There are 36 inch high side guard panels. Options include 34 by 54 inches platform dimensions; special platform dimensions up to 18 feet squared; enter and exit on same side; 90 degree exit; automatic access ramp; stationary ramp. TRACK: Maximum travel length is 23 feet. CONTROLS: Continuous pressure directional buttons or toggle switch control, low-voltage controls. Control buttons are located on platform with a keyed call station for safety. POWER: Power supply is a 12VDC battery for a 1.5 horsepower 12 volt motor. A 115 VAC automatic recharging system is also included. DRIVE: The lift operates by means of a hydraulic pump, cylinder and chain. SPEED: The lift has a rated speed of 25 feet per minute. SAFETY FEATURES: It has emergency battery lowering and emergency manual mowering valve. IT has a normal limit switch. It also has non-skid platform surface.
