The GaitKeeper rehab treadmill, model GK2200T, is a treadmill exerciser designed for use by individuals with neurological, lower extremity, or walking disabilities during rehabilitation and ambulation training. Integratable with the LiteGait (see separate entries), this high-torque treadmill has a cushioned running surface and a 4-horsepower direct current (DC) motor that can move the user at speeds as slow as 0.1 mile per hour. This treadmill includes a full-featured hand-held remote and a display panel that rotates up to 45 degrees for clinician visibility. Distance readout is in feet for accurate charting of progress. The treadmill has adjustable inclines from 0 to 15 percent. Other features include heart rate control and five preset programs. OPTIONS: Medical handrails. DIMENSIONS (LxW): 35.5 x 82.5 inches; walking surface measures 22 x 60 inches. CAPACITY: 450 pounds. SPEED: 0.1 to 10 miles per hour.
