The EMG Switch is an electromyographic (EMG) switch designed for use by individuals with severe physical or upper extremity disabilities. The device is operated by small controlled muscle movements and senses muscle activations to provide a switch closure. Features include simple threshold adjustment, built-in digital signal processing that extracts intentional activations from weak muscles, and an audible caregiver call tone. POWER: Uses double-A NiMH rechargeable batteries. A charger is included. DIMENSIONS: (HxLxW): 1.3 x 4.8 x 3.2 inches.
