The Wet Set Detectable Warning Panel is a detectable warning surface designed for use on curb ramps to warn pedestrians who are blind or have low vision about dangers ahead. Each panel, or tile, has truncated domes that can be felt underfoot. Units are rectangular, but arcs and other custom shapes are available. The entry side and exit side of the unit has an elevation of 15 degrees to anchor the unit in place. The lateral edges are at an angle of 90 degrees, thereby allowing for minimal gaps when the panels are installed next to each other. The unit is intended to be installed in freshly poured curb ramps. At the same time the ramp is being poured, the unit is recessed into the fresh concrete using the provided anchor systems. The panel has a solid base for durability. The anchor system also allows for replacement of a damaged unit. DIMENSIONS: 2 x 2 or 2 x 3 feet. Custom sizes are available. The base of the domes is 1.4 inches in diameter and the top of the dome is 0.7 inches in diameter. COLOR: Black, brick red, or yellow. Custom colors are also available. WARRANTY: 5 years. Installation must be done according to manufacturers directions in order for warranty to be valid.
