---- PROTOTYPE --------- PURPOSE: To design a prototype of a porcelain teapot and a holding device that allows individuals with grasping disabilities to easily pour a cup of tea without having to lift the teapot. When the teapot is placed into the holding device, it can then be swayed forward, well-directed without having to lift the teapot itself. Additionally, the holding device services as a heating device that can boil the liquid in the teapot and keep it warm precisely on different temperature settings. The measured temperatures are read at the diodes in the region of the operational controls and compared with the temperature that was manually chosen. TITLE: The Lazy Teapot by Lotte Alpert.
