Putt-Putt Joins the Parade is a cognitive skills tutorial program designed to develop critical thinking and problem solving skills for individuals with a cognitive or physical disability. Students help Putt-Putt tackle the local car wash, explore a toy store, rescue a lost puppy, and more, before heading to his front row spot in the parade. Students have direct control over the actions in the interactive story, which offers activities and logic puzzles to challenge the individual. Outcomes will depend on choices made by the students. This program is available on CD-ROM or diskette, comes with a 48 page activity book and is designed to be TouchWindow accessible (see separate entry). COMPATIBILITY: IBM and compatibles, and Macintosh. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Macintosh: LC or higher; 2 MB free RAM; 256 color monitor; CD-ROM version also requires CD-ROM drive.
