The Possum Sero! Remote Control Phone with Built-In-AAC is designed for use by individuals with speech and communication disabilities to communicate crucial messages over the telephone. The Sero is a hands-free infrared telephone which provides 50 user-recordable phrases (each 60 seconds long) that allows people with partial or no voice to communicate pre-set messages over the telephone. It also features Secure Spoken Identity (SSI) that uses caller ID services to speak the name of the person calling. Unsolicited calls can be diverted directly to the answering machine. Emergency Dialing features include remote activation of the emergency dial number via the Possum Jive!, Primo! or other appropriate infrared device and automatic Help call function which dials up to 8 contacts until a response is registered. Emergency Dialing includes dedicated emergency dial button, user recordable help messages and two help call functions-dial one contact, dial up to 8 contacts. The Sero can be operated manually or remotely, standard wireless/wired headset connection, volume adjustment while on a call, transfer to headset/hands free while on call, speaker phone operation: Remote control or Full/Half Duplex, last number redial and 14 number redial list.
