The Bite Trigger, model BT100, is a trigger activator designed for use by people with fine motor, neuromuscular, or upper extremity disabilities, or arthritis or spinal cord injury. Intended for use by individuals whose disabilities prevent them from pulling the trigger on a firearm, the unit has two components: A mechanical activator that mounts inside the trigger guard with mounting screws, and a mouthpiece with a bite switch that attaches to the stock of the gun with a Velcro strap. The user bites down on the mouthpiece to pull the trigger. This device works on guns with a front or back trigger safety; rear safety is standard. Options: Extra mounting plates for use on more than one gun.
