The Apollo Advantage Seated Bathing System is a whirlpool bathtub designed for use by caregivers in bathing individuals with mobility or severe physical disabilities. The system includes a bathing cabinet with a front door. Bathers enter the tub in a comfortable, secure chair and are bathed while seated. The chair is designed to move easily to allow the caregiver access to all areas of the body. Four whirlpool jets provide a gentle, massaging motion while a thermometer monitors water temperature. Controls are pneumatic. The system’s ergonomic design provides a comfortable place for caregivers to lean for support while giving baths. An integrated dispensing system provides shampoo and body oil in metered amounts, and an integrated cleaning system automatically flushes and disinfects the internal piping. All chemicals are stored in a locked cabinet. Side panels can be removed for access to the entire unit. OPTIONS: Remedy UV water purifier; mobile digital scale; Rapid Fill Resevoir to reduce fill time. POWER: Uses 115 volts alternating current (VAC). SIZES: Standard (model 6300) and compact (model 6000). DIMENSIONS: For model 6000 the cabinet is 36 x 71 x 34 inches and the door is 24.5 inches wide. WEIGHT: Model 6000 weighs 706 pounds.
