All About Shape and Space is a language tutorial program designed for use by children with learning and reading disabilities. Matching, sorting, symmetry, and pattern-making activities introduce learners to basic concepts as they work with two- and three-dimensional shapes. Audio support assists in developing of informational processing and communication skills. Quizzes and opportunities to write about shapes using extensive word banks cdomplete the activities. COMPATIBILITY: The CD-ROM includes versions for IBM and compatible and Macintosh computers with or without a network. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: The IBM and compatible version required a 486DX2 66 megaHertz (mHz) processor, Windows 3.1 or higher, 8 megabytes (MB) RAM, a 2X CD-ROM drive, 16-bit sound card, 30 MB hard drive space, and 640 x 480 256-color monitor with SVGA graphics. The Macintosh version requires Operating System 7, 68020 processor, 4 MB RAM, 2X CD-ROM drive, Sound Manager 3.1, Quicktime 2.5, and 640 x 480 256-color monitor.
