The Dolphin Pen is an access software pen drive designed for use by individuals who are blind or have low vision. This USB pen drive device comes loaded with Dolphin computer access software, and allows users to carry the software with them and run it on any personal computer (PC) on which Dolphin Interceptor software has been installed (this software can be installed from the pen drive if it has not been previously installed on the PC). The device is available with one of four computer access programs: Supernova Reader Magnifier, Supernova Reader, or Supernova Magnifier (see separate entries). When the device is inserted into a computer's USB port, the access software begins running automatically with the user's personal settings. When the device is removed from the USB slot, the software ceases running and the PC is ready for another user.
