Dot & Print is a dual braille / print printing system designed for use by individuals who are blind or have low vision. This printer can produce standard ink print and six-dot braille on alternating lines. It prints at a rate of 50 characteres per second, using Hewlett-Packard inkjet technology for ink print. In addition to braille and print on alternating lines, it can also produce braille alone, standard print alone, and large print alone.
Embossables are Braille labeling sheets designed for use by persons who are blind or have low vision. Embossables are designed to be brailled using a Braille embosser or printer. They are made of plastic with an adhesive backing. After brailling, labels can be cut to the desired size, then pressed onto any smooth surface of plastic, metal or painted wood.
