Services and activities are offered at the program site or other locations in the community. Clients live independently, semi-independently or in supervised care facilities. Services and activities are designed to meet the needs of the client and their families. Services include intake, assessment, treatment planning, individual counselling, group counselling, training/education, social/recreation activities, collateral services and crisis intervention.
