Alameda STAGES is an intensive community support service for older adults with severe mental illness. Staff members provide services in the community, building trust and establishing partnerships. The program serves individuals who are high utilizers of county mental health services and who are at high risk of psychiatric hospitalization. Alameda STAGES offers assistance to members so they can reside successfully in the community through increasing access to community resources and opportunities for personal growth.
