I have called to speak to someone, just to be hanged up on 3 times. Super unorganized and they do not care about the people. I asked to speak to my friend, and was told they couldn't hear me so they hanged up. Called again, and said they don't know who that is and they hanged up. Third time, the call didn't even go through. There are no updates.

This agency regularly violates human rights and is a horrible place that makes mental health worse. Nurses force patients to take ativan and other medication and staff are rude and inconsiderate.

There is a nurse currently working at John George that has been tormenting a close friend of mine. It seems to be impossible to even get through to the administration about this. Seems like they could care less.

Don't end up here and don't let anyone you care end up here and if they do work to transfer them to Herrick on Berkeley or Kaiser as fast as you can.

why is this a legitimate operation? There is no control there. Humans are treated worse than any animal I know. This place should be shut down.
