Invacare 9000 Xt

The Invacare 9000 XT is a lightweight manual adult wheelchair designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities. FRAME: Folding triple chrome-plated carbon-steel frame with crossbraces in a variety of colors. Push handles and anti-tips are standard. The frame is available in standard adult, hemi, and super hemi. SEAT: The seat is available in a choice of 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 or 22 inches wide on the adult and hemi models and 14, 15, 16, 17, or 18 inches on the super-hemi model. The standard seat depth is 16 inches; 17 and 18 inches are available on the adult and hemi frames and 16 and 17 inches are available on the super hemi. The standard seat-to-floor height is available in 17.5, 18.5, or 19.5 inches on the adult and hemi models; 15.5 or 16.5 inches can be achieved with alternate wheel and caster packages. The seat-to-floor height is 13.5 or 14.5 inches on the super hemi. The back height adjusts from 15 to 19 inches in one-inch increments. An angle-adjustable back with adjustments from -5 through 20 degrees in 5-degree increments is optional. UPHOLSTERY: Flame-retardant padded upholstery with heavy-duty liners. Black nylon is standard; black sail cloth, hunter green nylon, ruby nylon, teal nylon, cobalt blue nylon, black vinyl, dark blue vinyl, or camel vinyl are optional. ARMRESTS: Available styles include full- or desk-length, fixed height, padded flip-back armrests and full- and desk-length height-adjustable, padded flip-back armrests. The armrests are available in space saver and conventional models. BRAKES: Push-to-lock wheel locks are standard. CASTERS: Molded 8-inch front casters with urethane tires are standard. Optional sizes are available. WHEELS: No flex 24-inch molded rear wheels with handrims and urethane tires are standard. Optional sizes are available. FOOTRESTS: Hemi or super hemi swing-away footrests, hemi or super hemi swing-away padded elevating legrests, or articulating elevating legrests. The footplates are available in aluminum or composite.
