The Fairview is a seat lift recliner chair designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities. This motorized chair has a hardwood frame; a welded steel base; heavy-gauge, no-sag steel springs in the seat and back; dacron fibers in the arms, back, and chaise for shape retention; and a cushioned seat for comfort and support. Covered in acrylic, polyester, and Olefin fabric, this chair also features traditional styling with a tufted chair back design, arm covers, and a magazine pocket on the right side of the chair. In addition to the lift-out feature, this chair offers partial recline. CONTROLS: Lighted pendant control with a six-foot coil cord. POWER: Uses standard household power.
