Functional Forms Sidelyer (Models 107A To 107D)

The Functional Forms Sidelyer is a side lying positioner designed to maintain persons with physical disabilities to maintain a comfortable sidelying position. It can also be used for relaxation or as a foundation for other school, work, and play activities. Therapeutic benefits of the sidelying position may include decreased abnormal reflex movements, improved alignment of the spine and internal organs, and improved breathing and digestion. The board is made of wood with fire retardant foam and upholstery. OPTIONS: Accessories for the sidelyer include a strap to support a persons from the underarm to the hip, Head Support Cushions or "L" Shaped Head Supports, a Rectangular Block, Leg Support, or Roll to support the upper leg. DIMENSIONS: Four standard sizes are available, but the manufacturer will do custom designs.
