The EZ Set Tile is a detectable warning surface designed for use to provide tactile warnings of danger to pedestrians who are blind or have low vision. This heavy duty replaceable cast-in-place detectable warning tile is a double-reinforced polymer concrete composite with a stainless steel anchoring system,. It is an all season product that can be used in high wear conditions such as transit platforms or shopping cart areas. The tile installs in concrete, and it has a flat bottom surface to eliminate air pockets, reducing associated strength and installation issues. UV inhibitors included in the manufacturing process provide protection from fading and discoloration. Tiles come with stainless steel anchors, 12 to a box or 24 to a pallet. DIMENSIONS: 2 x 2 feet; 2 x 2.5 feet; 2 x 3 feet; 2 x 4 feet; or 3 x 2.5 feet. Wedges with a radius 6, 8, 10, 12 or 15-feet radius wedges for radius applications. Each tile is 0.5 inch thick. WEIGHT: Individual tiles range from 23 to 52 pounds. COLOR: Safety yellow, brick red and charcoal gray. Custom colors are also available. WARRANTY: 5-year limited warranty against manufacturers defects in workmanship and materials.
