The Phoenix HD4 is a heavy-duty four-wheel scooter designed for indoor or outdoor use by individuals with lower extremity, mobility or neurological disabilities, spinal cord injury, or arthritis. FRAME: This scooter includes a headlight and a large front carry basket mounted on the tiller and rear anti-tip wheels.The scooter can be disassembled into 4 pieces for transport. Two sets of interchangeable color panels in red and blue are included. CONTROLS: Electric controller mounted on an adjustable angle tiller with auto-straightening feature. RWD: Rear-wheel drive with a release knob to allow the scooter to be pushed manually. SEAT: Height adjustable seat with seat back that folds completely flat. ARMRESTS: Flip back, padded armrests with adjustable width. WHEELS: Four wheels with solid, non-marking, flat-free tires. POWER: Uses one battery pack (included) that can be charged separately from the scooter. SPEED: 4 miles per hour with a travel range of 15 miles per battery charge. CAPACITY: 350 pounds. WARRANTY: Lifetime warranty on frame; 14-month warranty on electric controller and drive train components; six-month warranty on batteries.
