The Thermo-Cool Neckwrap is a cold pack designed for use by individuals with multiple sclerosis or neurological disabilities. To use this non-toxic wrap, the user soaks it in tap water, wrings it out, and drapes it around his/her neck for hours of cooling. The wrap can be resoaked to reactivate it.
