The Gund Storytime Bear is a stuffed animal designed for use by children with low vision or cognitive disabilities. When the bear's paw is pressed, it reads the poem, "The Night Before Christmas." Pressing the paw again stops the reading. The bear reads in a natural male voice, not a computer voice. While reading, the bear's mouth moves in sync with the words, the head and body move. Five seconds of recording time is provided to enable a child's name to be inserted. The bear will then greet the child by name and insert the name at other times. The bear holds a velvet-like copy of the book and wears a Santa hat. POWER: Uses three double-A batteries (not included.) DIMENSIONS(LxW): 11 x 10 inches. COLOR: The bear is brown and the hat is red. WEIGHT: 2 pounds. GUARANTEE: 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
