Tom Pediatric Stroller

The TOM Pediatric Stroller is a lightweight tilt-in-space stroller designed for indoor and outdoor use by children or young adults with mobility or severe physical disabilities. The folding stroller is available in four sizes – Mini, Standard, Maxi and Super Maxi. FRAME (HxLxW): 39 to 45 x 33.5 x 24 inches (Mini and Standard); 40 to 46 x 36 x 25.5 inches (Maxi); and 42 x 43 x 27.5 inches (Super Maxi). Folded dimensions (HxLxW) are 21.5 x 36.5 x 24 inches (Mini and Standard); 24.5 x 37.5 x 25.25 inches (Maxi); and 25.5 x 37.5 x 27.25 inches (Super Maxi). The Mini, Standard and Maxi versions of the TOM feature a height-adjustable handle. The frame is made of steel with a silver powder-coat finish. SEAT (DxW): 9.5 to 12 x 9.5 to 11 inches (Mini); 9.5 to 12 x 9.5, 11 to 12.5 inches (Standard); 12.5 to 15.5 x 9.5, 12.5 to 14.5 inches (Maxi); and 12.5 to 16.75 x 13, 15 to 16.25 inches (Super Maxi). The distance from seat to footrest is 5 to 12 inches (Mini); 7.75 to 13.75 inches (Standard); 9.25 to 15.5 inches (Maxi); and 8.5 to 15 inches (Super Maxi). The seat back height is 17 to 23.75 inches (Mini); 20 to 25 inches (Standard); 22 to 26 inches (Maxi); and 22 to 26 inches (Super Maxi). The backrest angle adjusts from 0 to 180 degrees (Mini, Standard or Maxi) or 0 to 160 degrees (Super Maxi). The angle of the seat adjusts from 27 to -27 degrees (Mini, Standard or Maxi) or 25 to -25 degrees (Super Maxi). The seat can be reversed. Other standard features include a padded grab bar across the front of the seat. Optional positioning accessories include a headrest; lateral head supports; 2- and 4-point seatbelt; hip support; padded chest belt; H-harness; abductor; and lateral trunk support. UPHOLSTERY: Olive green/black or blue/grey padded, machine washable upholstery. WHEELS: Two 8-inch front casters that can lock wheels and two 12-inch solid, fixed-direction rear wheels with deep traction for outdoor travel. FOOTRESTS: Foldaway footplate is height adjustable up to 6 inches. Foot straps are optional. CAPACITY: 77 pounds (Mini and Standard); 110 pounds (Maxi); 165 pounds (Super Maxi).
