The Hard Anodized Hand Rim is a wheelchair hand rim designed for use by manual wheelchair users with lower extremity or mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This is a long life lightweight alloy hand rim that fits 24-inch Quickie and Magic wheels that are standard on many wheelchairs. It provides a smooth hard surface to push with and its hard anodized coating allows heat to dissipate rapidly so the user's hands do not burn going downhill. The unit is attached by 6 rivnuts.
