Darco APB

Darco APB is designed for use by individuals who have recently undergone lower extremity surgery or trauma.  It is capable of being worn on either foot over a cast or large dressing.  It features a high, supportive ankle strap for excellent stability, and a removable forefoot strap that closes securely without the need for buckles. The rocker-style sole promotes an easy, low impact gait that helps to reduce plantar pressure by more than 25 per cent, and it has a sure grip for improved safety.  Alternatively, for maximum localized pressure alleviation, the insole supplied can be removed completely and replaced with a DARCO Peg Assist Insole (sold separately).
