The Occupational Therapy Velcro Card Game is a matching card game for fibromyalgia patients or people with cognitive impairments to give them an opportunity to work on standing tolerance, back and upper body strength, attention, cognition, and left-brain neglect/scanning skills. It can be done at home or in occupational therapy by following a few steps:

Step 1: Gather a deck of playing cards, Velcro pieces, and a medium sized piece of board that Velcro would stick to (a fuzzy board).

Step 2: Stick the rough side of the Velcro pieces on the back off each playing card. 

Step 3: Stick the rough side of the Velcro pieces on the front of each playing card.

Step 4: Play the matching game.
