Live OCD Free

Live OCD Free is an interactive application designed to guide users through Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). It is designed for individuals who have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. It provides exercises to diminish OCD symptoms and sets practice goals and rewards to increase motivation and consistency, as well as multitude of tools to help fight OCD including specific tools for checking compulsions and contamination fears. It allows for the user or the healthcare professional the individuals are working with. 

The program may be used with other OCD spectrum disorders including  Body Dysmorphic Disorder, health-related OCD or Hypochondriasis, Tourette Syndrome or other tic disorders, as well as more general fears and phobias.
