The Hand Helper is a hand and finger exerciser designed for restoring hand and forearm muscles and tendons for improved mobility. The device consists of a rectangular plastic frame with a sliding roller bar which uses rubber bands to provide resistance. A wide range of tension values can be obtained by changing, adding, or removing the bands. A spacer bar is provided for large and small hands. Progress may be measured by calibrations on the frame.
