Crisis Response Program: North County

Clients must call ACESS at the 800 number listed for referral to this program. Offers a participant-centered and goal-oriented process for assessing the needs of an individual for particular services. Case managers assist the client in obtaining services, reviews participant accomplishments, outcomes and barriers to completing goals. Crisis services offer an immediate therapeutic response to a client exhibiting acute psychological distress and can be treated with-in a twenty three hour period.
